Here’s what to expect for delivery, returns, and refund processing.

Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that are used, dirty, or returned with missing or damaged packaging may be subject to depreciation fees or returned to you at your expense.

Due to the size and cost of shipping inflatable paddleboards, returns may be subject to a $75 restocking fee. This includes return shipping.

How to start a return

  1. Fill out the contact form and include your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request before approving the return.
  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Pack the item securely and clearly include your name and order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds can only be offered for items received within 30 days after delivery, in new or unused condition with original labels still attached.

*You will receive your return shipping label, within 2 business days of approving the return

*All items are inspected before a refund is processed.

How to do the Return:

* Fill out the form in the contact page
* Once submitted your return request will be reviewed by the team to see if this falls within the relevant return period.
* You will get an email approving your return request.
* If approved you will be given details on how to send the item back.
* Package the item(s) to be returned in a box, please clearly write your name and order number.

Refunds

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
* If approved, then your refund or credit will be processed, in the case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to the original
method of payment, with funds returned to you within 10 working days.
* Refunds can only be offered for items received back within 30 days after delivery, in a new (unused) condition with all labels still attached to the product
(dont worry if the integrity of the out wrapping has been compromised during opening.
